He isn't just trying for a quick sale, as so many DC Realtors do, but really listens to your concerns, discusses options, and while you may agree or disagree, he has your best interests at heart and understands his market. On top of all of this, as the seller, I had to move before closing...Sean was very helpful in dealing with the title company and others and managing the process for me. It went flawlessly and I was able to close from 3,000 miles away. And icing on the cake, Sean returned my cable modem to Xfinity for me - going the extra mile. Sean did a fantastic job with the sale of my house in April of 2010. He provided top-notch strategic advice as to exactly when to list the house for sale so that I could leverage the recent buyers' tax credit deadline to my advantage. The result: a higher price, faster sale and better negotiating position than if it had been listed earlier or later. My house was under contract in six days, and I received more for it than other comparable houses recently sold in my townhouse development.
